Job Summary
Provide home health care to patients and families, focusing on preventing disease, promoting health, and minimizing illness effects. Supervise LPNs and HHAs. Requires 1 year of acute care experience and home health experience preferred. Schedule runs 8am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday on a full-time or part-time basis. VNA Care is one of the Commonwealth's largest home health and hospice providers serving over 200 communities in Eastern and Central Massachusetts.
