Job Summary
Provide skilled nursing care to ensure the health and safety of all residents at Vista Prairie at Ridgeway. Conduct initial, face-to-face comprehensive assessments of prospective and new residents, then develop and regularly adjust proposed service plans and plans of care based on those assessments. Monitor and oversee resident services to maintain quality care while supervising and supporting care staff in daily operations. Provide ongoing training and education for staff and play a key role in helping residents achieve their best quality of life. This full-time day shift role includes a rotating on-call requirement and may involve evenings or weekends for operational needs.
Required Qualifications
- Current Minnesota RN license in good standing
- Full-time position
- Day shift Monday-Friday
- Rotating on-call requirement
- May include evenings or weekends for operational needs
- Ability to satisfactorily perform the essential functions of the position
