Job Summary
Assess, diagnose, and treat assigned patients while administering nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled individuals. Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior, maintain accurate medical records, and communicate with collaborating physicians regarding patient care. Educate patients about health maintenance, facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals, and provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members.
