Job Summary
Assess, diagnose, and treat assigned patients while administering nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled individuals. Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior, and communicate with collaborating physicians regarding patient care plans. Educate patients on health maintenance, facilitate referrals, and maintain accurate medical records while providing emotional support to families.
