Job Summary
Provide total care for a group of residents within a primary nursing care delivery model at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre. Support the Philosophy of Patient-Focused Care concept and principles while working closely with the multidisciplinary team. Function as a primary nurse and Team Lead in an interdisciplinary setting, delivering cognitive support and therapeutic care for residents with Alzheimer Dementia. Requires current Ontario Registration, B.C.L.S. Certification, and experience in long-term care. Full-time position with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.
