Registered Nurse - Urology Stroke

Conduct highly professional and technical nursing care to assigned patients using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Provide direct and indirect patient care, including safe and accurate medication and IV administration, while assuming responsibility for the educational process for patients, families, and significant others. Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment and ensure complete, accurate, and timely written communication of patient information to the team. Adhere to general hospital standards to promote a cooperative work environment through effective communication and team building. Work 36 days a week, three times weekly with alternate weekends, requiring six months of RN experience and current Texas licensure.
