Registered Nurse Urology

RN in a urology outpatient clinic performing independent nurse visits, trial voids, urodynamic testing, and MyChart triage, with additional responsibilities in bladder and chemotherapy instillations, catheter management, and procedural support. Collaborates within a team of RNs, MAs, and nurse technicians to ensure coverage and timely patient access, applying the nursing process and ANA standards of care to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
