Registered Nurse - Urgent Hiring

Provide professional nursing care on neuro and cardiac ICU units, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized patient care plans. Supervise non-RN personnel, delegate and coordinate unit activities as charge nurse, and act as preceptor to new staff. Deliver care across the continuum, collaborate with the healthcare team, and adapt plans for educational needs and readiness for discharge. Demonstrate competency in neuro assessment, airway management, tracheostomy suctioning, care for trached patients, and management of devices such as ventilators and advanced cardiac support. Apply knowledge of the 'Tia' teaching program and participate in ongoing education and professional development, while upholding values of integrity, patient-centered care, respect, accountability, and compassion.
