Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care to patients and families in home health care settings and coordinate home healthcare activities. Responsibilities include administering medications, developing and implementing patient care plans, supervising ancillary nursing staff, ensuring patient safety, and collaborating with physicians and hospitals. Care may include neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations in a home setting. Requires adherence to policies, ongoing professional development, and strong patient-family communication. Eligible for sign-on bonus and relocation assistance; schedule includes Days with possible differential for Weekday Nights, Weekend Nights, and Weekend Day shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Program Graduate
- Nationally Accredited Nursing Graduate
- RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM
- CPR for Healthcare/BLS Prov or Prof Rescuers w/in 30 days
- 1 year directly related experience
