Job Summary
Registered Nurse position at UK King's Daughters in Ashland, KY seeking an entry-level RN to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered nursing care across diverse clinical settings. Responsible for assessing patients, planning and implementing individualized care plans, administering medications and treatments, educating patients and families, coordinating care with multidisciplinary teams, documenting outcomes, and maintaining licensure and competencies. Required Qualifications
- Active RN license (state of Kentucky or compact)
- BLS
- ACLS
- PALS or equivalent as required by assigned area
- NIH Stroke Scale Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Oncology Nursing Certification (OCN/BCN/CPON/CPHN) or equivalent as applicable
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) or equivalent as applicable
