Job Summary
Provide and direct nursing care to home health patients as prescribed by physicians, coordinating total plans of care with health care professionals to ensure continuity. Exchange information with physicians, agency personnel, patients, families, and community resources within a Point of Care setting. Maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and agency policies while utilizing a valid Georgia RN licensure, current driver's license, and vehicle access. Requires a recognized nursing degree and CPR certification upon hire. Required Qualifications
- Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing
- RN - Registered Nurse - Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure
- CPR - Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation
- DL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State
- Current Drivers License
