Job Summary
Provide safe, holistic care to individuals and families in the Emergency Department, applying best clinical practice to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to exchange information regarding patient responses to treatment and coordinate care effectively. Demonstrate application of clinical and workplace risk management principles while maintaining a safe environment. Requires two years or more of Emergency Department experience, a Bachelor of Nursing degree with AHPRA registration, and flexibility to work a varied roster across all shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Must have 2 years or more Emergency Department Experience
- Bachelor of Nursing degree or equivalent
- AHPRA registration
- Proven patient-centred focus on safety and quality of care
