Job Summary
Assess, plan, and implement person-centred client care while ensuring clinical quality compliance standards are met. Create and update care plans to reflect developing needs, considering physical, social, and psychological requirements. Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary team members to maintain a safe environment within the facility. This part-time role offers 30 hours per week from September 26 to April 27 in Caloundra, with competitive hourly pay and salary packaging options.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse
- General nursing experience

- Workers Screening Clearance
- Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration
