Job Summary
Assess, plan, and implement person-centred client care while ensuring clinical quality compliance standards are met. Create and update care plans to reflect developing physical, social, and psychological needs of residents. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team members to improve outcomes for Elders in the Torres Strait Islander community. Provide safe, nurturing services that address the unique requirements of the facility's population.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse
- General nursing experience
- post-registration
- NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration and unlimited work entitlements
- Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies
- Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills
- Confidence in managing your time effectively
- ability to work autonomously
