Job Summary
Registered Nurse—Medical-Surgical role providing patient care in the Med Surg unit. Plans, implements, evaluates, and delivers nursing care based on assessments to optimize outcomes; monitors and communicates patient condition; collaborates across disciplines for transfers, discharge, referrals, and psychosocial needs; delivers patient/family education appropriate to age, culture, and condition; maintains clinical skills through orientation and ongoing education; follows Tribal Health policies; 3x12s schedule in Millersburg, OH. Requires current RN license and certifications (BLS/ACLS/PALS) and at least 2 years of med/surg experience.
Required Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted state RN license
- BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications preferred
- Minimum 2 years med/surg experience
- Med Surg specialty
