Job Summary
Answer incoming phone calls regarding patients and consult with the Head Nurse or physician to present the patient's problem and resolve it or direct calls to the appropriate person. This Registered Nurse Triage role requires experience with hematology/oncology patients in a clinic or hospital, current CPR certification, and BLS certification (provided within 30 days of hire). The position involves background, drug, and nicotine screenings as a condition of employment. Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse
- licensed in the State of Residence
- Experience with hematology/oncology patients in a clinic or hospital
- Current CPR certification
- BLS
- Clear results of a thorough background screening
- Various vaccinations, including the influenza vaccine
- No drug/nicotine testing positive results
