Job Summary
Answer incoming phone calls regarding patients and consult with the Head Nurse or physician to present patient problems, resolve issues, or direct calls to appropriate personnel. This Registered Nurse Triage role requires current CPR certification and BLS (provided within 30 days), along with experience in hematology/oncology. Applicants must pass background, drug, and nicotine screenings, receive required vaccinations, and adhere to FCS's drug-free and smoke-free workplace policies. Located at the Sebastian Office, this position supports Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute's mission to provide world-class cancer care and access to national clinical trials.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse
- licensed in the State of Residence
- Experience with hematology/oncology patients in a clinic or hospital
- Current CPR certification
