Job Summary
Answer incoming phone calls regarding patients and consult with the Head Nurse or physician to present the patient's problem and resolve it or direct calls to the appropriate person. This role requires a Registered Nurse licensed in the state of residence with experience in hematology/oncology patients in a clinic or hospital setting. Candidates must hold current CPR certification, with BLS required upon hire or obtainable within 30 days of employment. FCS will provide the BLS course within the first 30 days. Background, drug, and nicotine screens are required for all offers of employment, and the workplace is drug-free with no recognized medical marijuana cards.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse
- licensed in the State of Residence
- Experience with hematology/oncology patients in a clinic or hospital
- Current CPR certification
- BLS
- Clear results of a thorough background screening
- Various vaccinations, including the influenza vaccine
- No drug/nicotine testing positive results
