Job Summary
Answer incoming phone calls regarding patients and consult with the Head Nurse or physician to present patient problems and resolve issues or direct calls to appropriate personnel. This Registered Nurse Triage role supports Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute, a national leader in oncology clinical trials and ground-breaking cancer therapies, by facilitating patient access to world-class care and research studies.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse
- licensed in the State of Residence
- Experience with hematology/oncology patients in a clinic or hospital
- Current CPR certification
- BLS
- Clear results of a thorough background screening
- Various vaccinations, including the influenza vaccine
- No drug/nicotine test positive results
