Registered Nurse Triage - Behavioral Health - Palatine

Conduct professional nursing assessments and prioritize treatment based on patient urgency. Complete comprehensive evaluations with patients or family members and initiate the pre-certification process. Act as a constructive member of the multi-disciplinary treatment team to uphold the organization's care philosophy and ensure patient safety. Requires a current Illinois RN license, CPR certification, and two years of behavioral health experience. Monday through Friday day shift from 8:00am to 4:30pm with possible travel to other locations.
