Job Summary
The Registered Nurse Travel RN PRN position involves providing comprehensive nursing care based on physician's orders, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care. Responsibilities include obtaining medical histories, advocating for patients regarding rights and responsibilities, updating interdisciplinary care plans, supervising care provided by Hospice Aides/CNAs, and participating in performance improvement activities. Candidates must be licensed RNs with required nursing experience, preferably in Hospice or Home Health.
