Job Summary
Travel Registered Nurse contracts across New York locations (Manhattan, Watertown, Utica, Hamilton) covering ICU/CCU, ED, IMCU, and OR specialties. Commitment includes 36-48 weekly hours with guaranteed hours and an opportunity to work across diverse medical settings. Requires NYS RN license, 2+ years in relevant specialties, and proficiency with EMR/EHR systems (Cerner or Athenahealth) and ICD coding. BLS is required; ACLS preferred depending on specialty. Drivers license and onboarding compliance within 5 business days to interview are required. Locations are NY-based (not remote).
Required Qualifications
- Valid NYS RN License
- BLS Certification (required)
- ACLS Certification (preferred)
- 2+ years of RN experience in ICU/ED/IMCU/OR or relevant specialty
- Experience with EMR/EHR (Cerner or Athenahealth)
- ICU/CCU/critical care experience highly desirable
- Driver's License
- Compliance onboarding within 5 business days to interview
- MMR, Varicella, Tdap, TB vaccines
- Background check and drug screen
- Competency testing online
- Shift availability: night/overnight
