Registered Nurse - Trauma Neuro ICU

Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care in the Trauma Neuro ICU. Delivers direct patient care with professional accountability, evaluates the effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers, and coordinates patient care across departments. Maintains patient rights and confidentiality in alignment with Mercy Service Standards. Requires RN licensure (state or compact), BLS (and unit-specific certifications such as ACLS, PALS, ENPC, TNCC, NRP, CPHON, OCN, S.T.A.B.L.E., and C-EFM as applicable), and a nursing degree (AS/ Diploma/ BSN). On-site role based in St. Louis, MO, with emphasis on critical care responsibilities, safety, and collaboration across care teams.
