REGISTERED NURSE-TRANSPLANT PCU

Render highly professional and technical nursing care to assigned patients using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Direct and supervise assigned team members while collaborating with multidisciplinary staff to provide age/developmentally appropriate care in accordance with unit standards. Communicate clearly, build relationships for a collaborative environment, and remain accountable for performance. Always seek ways to improve the patient experience and take initiative for professional growth. Work 36 hours across three days on a 12X3 Night shift. Methodist Dallas Medical Center is a 595-bed acute care teaching hospital featuring an adult Level I Trauma Center and the only Certified Comprehensive Stroke Center in southern Dallas.
