Job Summary
Responsible for the delivery of patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Directs and guides patient teaching and activities of nursing ancillary personnel. Assumes a lead role in patient education while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to provide quality care and achieve desired outcomes. Requires the ability to work weekends and holidays as part of the rotating schedule, along with flexibility in scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Licensed RN
Desired Qualifications
- Previous nursing experience preferred
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Additional Requirements
- Ability to work every 3rd weekend and holiday rotation
- Flexibility in scheduling to meet department needs
