Job Summary
Deliver quality care to infants, children, and adults receiving complex home-based services, supporting transitions from hospital or HICU settings to ongoing care. Provide extensive training to the ongoing care team while preparing and educating staff in a teaching setting. Manage overnight and day shift rotations throughout the week and weekends, with availability to travel throughout Philadelphia County. Requires current RN licensure, NICU/PICU/ICU, or home care trach/vent experience, plus passing scores on high-tech simulations and current CPR certification. Required Qualifications
- Have a current license as a Registered Nurse / RN
- NICU, PICU, ICU, or home care trach/vent experience
- Achieve a passing score on high-tech Adult and Pediatric simulations
- Hold current CPR certification
- Ability to work in a teaching setting to prepare and educate the ongoing BAYADA care team
- Availability to commit to an ongoing, consistent schedule
- Ability to travel throughout Philadelphia County
