Registered Nurse-Transitional Care Full Time Nights Sign On Bonus Eligible

Registered Nurse in ER Transitional Care at Palos Hospital; primary responsibilities include assessing and recording patient status on admission, organizing health data, identifying urgent issues, validating diagnoses with the health team, and documenting diagnoses to guide care.
