Registered Nurse-Transition Unit-Nights

Provide nursing care to all patient populations in the department while utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice and assume responsibility for outcomes of nursing care. Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care, positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting a high quality patient experience. Work nights from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am as part of a full-time, 36-hour week at Evanston Hospital. Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL, BLS/CPR certification, and minimum two years of med/surg experience are required.
