Registered Nurse-Transition Unit-Nights

Provide nursing care to all patient populations in the department and utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care. Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice while assuming responsibility and accountability for outcomes of nursing care. Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care, positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting a high-quality patient experience. This Registered Nurse role is based at Evanston Hospital on a full-time, 36-hour week with a night shift from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am.
