Registered Nurse-Transition Unit-Day/Evening

Provide nursing care to all patient populations in the department while utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient plans of care. Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice and assume responsibility for outcomes of nursing care. Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care, contributing positively to safety outcomes and promoting a high quality patient experience. This Registered Nurse role is based at Evanston Hospital with a full-time schedule of 36 hours per week from 11:00am to 11:30pm.
