Registered Nurse Transfer Center

Facilitate patient movement across markets based on acuity, bed availability, and service requirements. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure appropriate levels of care while connecting requesting physicians with specialty consultants. Assist and maintain records with pre-registration, insurance verification, and overall care processes for process improvement purposes. Monitor status changes and relay pertinent medical reports to admitting physicians and nursing units. This Registered Nurse role is located in Milwaukee, WI, with a mid-shift schedule from 11am to 11pm.
