Job Summary

Deliver PCA training in accordance with NYSDOH regulations and agency standards across locations including Binghamton, Corning, and Elmira, with potential travel to Hornell. Conduct clinical competency evaluations, field visits in Broome County, and on-site observations while mentoring personal care aides and completing onsite employee evaluations. Manage LMS systems, attendance tracking, and training documentation, then participate in CQI initiatives, audits, and quality improvement efforts. Provide intermittent home visits and collaborate across departments to resolve classroom and staffing issues. Contribute to curriculum updates, regulatory compliance, and grant deliverables with required travel and on-call rotation.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States
  • Must not require employer sponsorship now or at any time in the future
  • Must be able to travel to locations such as Binghamton, Corning, Elmira, and other southern tier areas such as Hornell
  • Must be available for occasional travel to other southern tier areas
  • Must be available for on-call rotation
  • Must be willing to participate in on-call rotation
  • Must be willing to travel
  • Must be able to conduct clinical competency evaluations
  • Must be able to perform field visits
  • Must be able to perform on-site observations
  • Must be able to deliver PCA training in accordance with NYSDOH regulations and agency standards
  • Must be able to lead continuing education and in-service programs
