Job Summary
Complete patient assessments, formulate care plans, and oversee implementation while evaluating adjustments using critical thinking. Administer medications and IV therapy as prescribed, provide health teaching via Teach Back methodology, and assist with activities of daily living. Supervise team members and students, mentor new staff, and ensure safe, secure environments through SBAR communication and bedside shift reporting. Document findings, participate in discharge planning and performance improvement initiatives, and escalate patient concerns timely. Report pertinent information up the chain of command and function as a patient advocate.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Nursing
- Registered Nurse
- BLS upon hire
- De-Escalation Training within 6 months of hire

- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Up to 1 year
