Registered Nurse Tier 1 (Union) OR

Conduct patient assessments, formulate care plans, and administer medications and IV therapy as prescribed by a licensed independent practitioner. Circulate during surgical procedures by preparing rooms, positioning patients, monitoring sterile counts, and assisting with intubation and specimen processing. Supervise team members, mentor students, and delegate tasks while utilizing SBAR for communication and Teach Back methodology for health education. Ensure safe environments, participate in discharge planning, and escalate patient concerns promptly. Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to infection control and safety protocols. Requires Associate's Degree in Nursing, ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications.
