Job Summary
The RN provides professional nursing care to patients/significant others per established standards; coordinates with the care team for seamless delivery; assists physicians with clinical procedures; performs telephone triage; participates in patient teaching; directs Licensed Practical Nurses, clerical staff, medical assistants, and other non-licensed personnel; requires physical stamina for moving and lifting, and routine exposure to clinical environments. Preferred qualifications include BSN, current BLS certification, and 2+ years of relevant hospital/medical office experience.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Registered nurse licensed to practice in New York State (NYS) with current NYS registration and in good standing
