Job Summary
Registered Nurse in a behavioral health/detention setting with 12-hour shifts; administer medications, transcribe physician orders, maintain medical records, assess medical and psychiatric needs, educate patients about medications/health issues, and coordinate with facility leadership to ensure care quality. Must hold an Associate's Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred) and an active RN license; 2+ years RN experience and behavioral health experience preferred; drug-free workplace; night shift differential and competitive pay.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Associate's Degree in Nursing; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Licensed to practice in the State of licensure (RN), active and in good standing required
- Minimum two years' experience as a Registered Nurse preferred
- Behavioral health experience preferred
