Job Summary
Perform all therapeutic or cellular apheresis procedures independently on adult and pediatric patients, including physical assessments, consent, and administering blood products per physician orders. Operate equipment, troubleshoot alarms, and document all findings while maintaining supply inventory and completing required electronic records. Provide post-procedure care instructions and report abnormal results to appropriate personnel. This mobile role requires travel across New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania, with self-scheduling including four guaranteed weekend days off per month. On-call shifts are required. New graduates and experienced RNs are eligible, with a $5k sign-on bonus available for full-time mobile openings.
Required Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Past LPN experience
- Experience in a clinical setting
- RN Licensure in one of the states of operation upon hire (NY/NJ/CT/PA)
- Licensure in all three states of operation within one year of appointment
- 5 years combination of education, training and experience equivalent to that listed above
- Valid driver's license
- BCLS Certification
- Must be able to travel to NY, NJ, CT and PA
- Must be available for on-call shifts
