Registered Nurse

Provide nursing care to patients as assigned, administering and recording medications and treatments while preparing for and assisting physicians with diagnostic procedures. Reinforce supports and provide health care instructions to patients and families, then participate in team planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care. Assist with patient admission, transfer, and discharge, while observing and reporting vital signs, symptoms, and general condition to appropriate individuals. Maintain environmental conditions conducive to patient comfort and safety, and record observations of patient responses to care. Assist with unit management or assume charge of the unit as assigned. One year of RN experience preferred with required licensure.
