Registered Nurse - The Meadows Main - Wickenburg

Provide comprehensive nursing care services including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation while promoting patient safety. Implement nursing care plans per physician orders and adhere to safe medication administration practices. Educate patients and families on new medications, document assessments, treatment plans, and incident reports timely, and intervene appropriately during behavioral crises. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team and provide clear direction to LPNs and BHTs. Requires current AZ or Compact State RN license, CPR/CPI certification, and one year of psychiatric experience preferred.
