Registered Nurse - The Meadows Main - Wickenburg

Provide comprehensive nursing care services including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation while promoting patient safety and quality physical health. Implement nursing care plans in accordance with physician orders, policies, and safe practices, and adhere strictly to medication administration protocols. Educate patients and families on new medications and respond to their concerns. Document all assessments, treatment plans, nursing notes, and incident reports timely and legibly. Intervene appropriately with patients experiencing behavioral crises, such as suicidal ideation or elopement. Provide oversight to LPNs and BHTs while collaborating with the multidisciplinary team. Requires current AZ or Compact State RN license, CPR and CPI certification, and one year of psychiatric experience preferred.
