Job Summary
In-home Registered Nurse (RN) providing skilled care to patients in the Sumner/Wilson (TN) and North Davidson (NC) areas. Responsibilities include performing patient assessments, admissions, and ongoing care planning; coordinating care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams; delivering therapeutic, preventative, and rehabilitative nursing care; monitoring patient progress and updating plans of care; and maintaining accurate and timely documentation. Requires an active RN license, 1 year of clinical experience (ICU/Med-Surg/Rehab preferred), and preferably Home Health experience; CPR certification and reliable transportation are required.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (ICU, Med-Surg, or Rehab preferred)
- Home Health experience (a plus!)
- Current CPR certification
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
