Registered Nurse (temporary)

Registered Nurse sought for an Adult General Outpatient psychiatric/mental health team in Middletown, RI. Provide integrated, patient-centered care, assessments (including MSE and risk profiles), medication administration per orders (including injections), education, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Expect a daytime schedule (8 AM–4:30 PM) with no weekends, holidays, or evenings, and opportunities for supervision, professional development, and tuition reimbursement. Team-based care with emphasis on therapeutic skills, care coordination, and patient/family support.
