Registered Nurse - Telemetry/Observation - Day/Night Rotation

Implement, direct, and coordinate patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation on a 30-bed telemetry unit serving cardiac, medical, and surgical patients. Recognize and treat physical and psychosocial changes unique to the age and population groups served. Work a full-time 72-hour biweekly schedule with 12-hour day/night shifts (7-7), rotating every third weekend with eligibility for weekend differentials. Participate in a comprehensive orientation program, mentorship initiatives, and committee work to support professional growth on the clinical ladder.
