Registered Nurse, Telemetry, Night Shift

Respond to changes in clinical situations using nursing knowledge, theory, and experience while applying the AACN Synergy Model to personalize care for each patient and family. Serve as a resource to colleagues, advocate for patients, and delegate appropriately; function as Charge Nurse when assigned to orient staff or students. Collect, report, and analyze data for physicians and interdisciplinary teams, revise patient care documentation, and use surveys to identify areas for improvement. Maintain position by achieving PLAN points and meeting Clinical Nurse I Employee Commitments. Requires 12 months of recent nursing experience, valid Georgia license, and BLS certification.
