Registered Nurse Telemetry

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process, evidence-based practice, and therapeutic interventions. Direct the interdisciplinary team through delegation, coordination, and collaboration while managing time, supplies, and resources to prioritize patient delivery. Collaboratively develop individualized care plans with patients, families, and physicians, including education and referrals. Evaluate patient responses to interventions and revise care plans based on clinical outcomes and satisfaction. Provide accurate, timely documentation and comply with legal, ethical, and regulatory standards. Maintain BLS certification and adhere to physical requirements for patient transfers, equipment manipulation, and navigating busy hospital environments. Work the 7p-7:30 am shift at Saint Joseph Hospital in Denver.
