Respond to changes in clinical situations using nursing knowledge, theory, and experience. Apply the AACN Synergy Model for Care to personalize patient and family care while serving as a resource to colleagues and an advocate. Collect, report, and analyze data for physicians and interdisciplinary teams; revise patient care documentation and evaluate effectiveness through interviews, surveys, and focus groups. Function as Charge Nurse when assigned to orient staff or students. Maintain position by achieving PLAN points and contact hours. Requires 12 months of recent nursing experience, active Georgia license, BLS certification, and ACLS where applicable.
