Registered Nurse - Tele

Provides direct and indirect holistic nursing care to patients and families using the nursing process. Performs initial and ongoing patient assessments, documents findings, and communicates assessments to the care team. Plans and individualizes care with short- and long-term goals, including discharge planning. Delivers safe, therapeutic nursing care, administers medications and treatments, and collaborates with physicians and other health care team members to revise the plan of care as needed. Trains and educates staff as a resource in the specialty area and ensures patient education and supports ethical decisions while maintaining patient autonomy and dignity. Maintains current knowledge in nursing practice and adheres to TriHealth standards and policies.
