Registered Nurse-Tele Med Surg Full Time Days

Assess and record patient status upon admission, organize health data, and identify problems requiring immediate attention. Validate diagnoses with patients and the healthcare team, document individualized plans of care, and initiate discharge planning at admission. Prioritize evidence-based nursing interventions, provide patient education, and review health data to update the plan of care systematically. Reassess nursing actions for effectiveness, communicate with the team, and present patient information at multidisciplinary meetings. Requires a BSN (or ADN with commitment to obtain BSN within three years), current Illinois RN license, BLS certification, and strong analytic and interpersonal skills. Internal ADN candidates encouraged to apply; external ADN candidates not considered.
