Job Summary
Coordinate patient-centered care by changing dressings, inserting catheters, and administering medications while monitoring vital signs and interpreting EKG output. Accurately document assessments, treatments, and medication responses in electronic medical records, triage patients using the ESI system, and provide discharge instructions and surgical education. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to assess, plan, and evaluate care plans, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and AIDET communication standards. Perform daily equipment checks, maintain clean work areas, and attend required monthly and annual training. Full-time employment requires three shifts per week with weekend availability; base rate ranges from $41.73 to $61.35 with a $10,000 sign-on bonus.
