Registered Nurse Team Lead - Neuro/Transplant ICU - RN

Lead the Neuro/Transplant ICU unit by collaborating with management to plan daily operations, delegate patient care based on acuity and skill level, and coordinate nursing care including direct patient interaction, education, and transitions. Provide leadership through staff development, teaching, precepting, committee work, and quality improvement initiatives while supporting evidence-based practice. Execute the Mayo Nursing Care Model by planning, implementing, evaluating, and communicating all phases of care for assigned patients. Requires state licensure, VisaScreen certification, and TN sponsorship eligibility.
